Candle Care

Candle Care Instructions

TRIM YOUR WICK

Make sure to always trim your wick at least 1/4 inch before burning! This will prevent your wick from mushrooming, so your wax burns evenly, plus prevent soot from getting in your candle.

WHEN TO STOP BURNING

Make sure to keep your burn sessions limited to 3-4 hours for 10oz and 18oz, and 1 hour for the mini candles, or until the entire surface of the wax has fully melted. Stop burning when 1/2 inches of wax remains, and never extinguish your candle with water!

SAFETY FIRST!
A general rule of thumb is to keep your candle away from a draft and always keep your wicks trimmed to about 1/4 inch prior to being (re)lit! Be sure to keep out of reach of children and pets.  Be careful when moving lit candles.

STORE THEM PROPERLY

Candles should be stored in a cool environment, room temperature or below. This is to prevent them from softening, bending, or melting altogether.

NEVER BLOW OUT YOUR CANDLES!

You know that lil line of smoke that appears when you blow out your candles? That’s you losing fragrance! Extinguish the flame using a candle lid, a snuffer, or a dipper.

REUSE YOUR VESSELS

Use it to store your makeup brushes, succulents, or any other creative thing you can think of! All vessels are made of 100% glass. To remove the last bit of wax in your vessel, briefly pop it into the freezer and wipe it clean.
