Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the shipping location.

After the assessment is complete and your return is approved, we will initiate the refund or exchange process promptly. The exact time it takes for the funds to be returned to your original payment method or for the replacement item to be shipped will depend on the specific circumstances. However, we aim to process refunds and exchanges within 7-10 business days from the approval of your return.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. For sanitary + hygienic safety reasons, our beauty + body products are final sale.

D A M A G E S

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Your order is always adequately packaged with handling + transit in mind! While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me at info@panamanianhome.com with a photo of the damaged product + shipping box (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged product.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Panamanian home can potentially be returned to Panamanian Home . Panamanian home products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. 

V A R I A T I O N S

All of our products are made by hand out of natural ingredients so variations are to be expected. Each and every product we make is carefully inspected before heading to your doorstep. These variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages:

Candles • Changes in temperature may cause "wet spots" on candles. This is a term used to describe a spot on a candle jar that looks as if water has seeped in between the wax and the jar. This is a natural occurrence that can happen when candles go through changes in temperature (going from an air-conditioned home/car to a hot, humid mailbox or vice versa). These "wet spots" do not affect the way your candles burn or smell in any way.

Lip Balms + Perfumes • Our beauty + skincare products are handmade with natural oils + butters, separation is normal! Store lip balms in a cool/dry place to avoid to separation. Always store your perfume oil out of direct sunlight, so as not to oxidize the oils.

Room + Body Sprays • Different fragrance combinations mixed with our room + body sprays base may case separation or a cloudy appearance. This is normal and varies from scent to scent. It does not affect the way your mist will work or smell. Be sure to give these a shake before use to mix everything together for the best results.
